Room is fairly large compared with other business hotels I've been to. It is also a short walk from keikyu/JR kawasaki stations. Lots of shopping and restaurant options around the area. Good place to take a rest before your next flight as it is around 20 min from the airport via express train.

The breakfast was great, really enjoyed the soup. Was about a 6min walk to subway & train station so that was a real bonus. Staff were very helpful, had to use our translators but we got there

THE LOCATION was a pleasant surprise. It's in the Kawasaki area and I didn't expect to be captivated by all the shopping centers and nightlife in this part of Tokyo as well. The staff was very nice and I loved how clean my room/bathroom was as well. The breakfast was good. Easy check-in/check-out process and they extended my checkout easily for decent price. I also liked that I did not have to return my key each time I left the premises!

Wow, this place must be Japan's best kept secret! Staff are lovely. The hotel is like a home away from home and they've thought of everything, including having certain electronics (such as for your hair) which you can borrow and return. Two very comfortable pillows per bed and the mattresses were medium hardness which was perfect for us. The amenities on offer are the best we've seen so far in Japan and the rose bath salts were appreciated after a long day of walking. The rocking chair in the room was also extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Checkin and checkout machine is very convenient. Availability of staff for assistance. There was also a Filipino-speaking staff (Nakagawa-san) that made us more comfortable to ask questions.

The location is great, few minutes walk to the train station, which is 20 mins to Tokyo station, <15 mins to Yokohama and <15 mins to Haneda airport. This makes the hotel a strategic location for those who don't want to stay in a tiny and expensive hotel in Tokyo. The room size is quite good for center of Japanese cities standard, and especially for Tokyo, for a relatively affordable price

Everything is perfect! From the beginning until the end! They are the Rockstar of customer service! Easy, convenient and better price compare to Tokyo hotels. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. They provide a very comfortable PJ’s which I enjoyed wearing every night. The location of this hotel is an easy subway ride to and from HENADA airport. Perfect for travelers that is looking for a great accommodation at a reasonable price. Let me say that they have everything you can possibly think of plus more. The ones you will not even consider for your trip like a bath salt and a face mask while you are enjoying your bath, just a beautiful touch! Thank you so much! Thank you to everybody. Special thanks to the beautiful Akiko, (who speaks three languages). She made us feel at home. Very smart, efficient and great customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. The facilities and service were epic! There is happy hour from 5-8pm everyday, where you can enjoy a free soft drink/beer/wine with some Japanese snacks. Afterwards, there is a spa you can visit. It's also walking distance to several shopping malls, main bus station, and the train station. There was an error when we checked out, but the staff team that helped us was amazing. Thanks to them, we could put the incident behind us really quickly and not suffer from having any bad memories due to this mistake.

the staff was super friendly and helpful, and able to understand english. the room was also more spacious than the outlets in tokyo city which is good for my 2 week stay. the location is very convenient to commute to tokyo station / shimbashi / yokohama for work (direct train no need transfer) quite some restaurant choices nearby. the two (or three?) shopping malls near train station also got everything i need for souvenir haha

Excellent location- close to train stations, the shopping street, multiple combini and restaurants nearby, not to mention a cafe downstairs. A taxi ride to Haneda airport is less than 30 minutes in the morning. Room was spacious and clean, everything worked.
